Suggest a Topic
Last updated June 2026
PawProof grows from the decisions dog and cat owners are actually trying to make. If a question keeps coming up in your house, your clinic waiting room, your rescue group, or your search history, send it in.
Email hello@pawproof.org with the subject "Topic suggestion".
What makes a useful suggestion
The best suggestions name a decision, not just a keyword. Useful examples: "how do I compare puppy foods for large breeds?", "is a harness safer for a French bulldog?", "what should be in a pet first aid kit?", "how many litter boxes do two cats need?", or "which flea prevention questions should I ask my vet?"
Specific details help: species, age, size, household setup, budget range, country, and what you already tried. We will not answer individual medical cases by email, but a well-framed question can become a general guide that helps many owners.
Topics we are likely to add
Life stage, calories, AAFCO statements, allergies, sensitive stomachs, treats, and feeding transitions.
Crates, beds, litter boxes, enrichment, cat trees, puppy routines, travel carriers, and cleaning.
First aid, red flags, toxins, parasites, vaccines, grooming hazards, heat, cold, and emergency prep.
Cat versus dog fit, apartment living, costs, alone time, multi-pet introductions, and behavior tradeoffs.
What we do not accept
We do not accept guest posts, paid placements, link exchanges, or requests to include a product in a ranking. Brands can use Contact for factual corrections or partnership inquiries, but topic suggestions here are for reader needs.
What happens next
We read suggestions in batches. We cannot reply to every note, but useful ideas influence future guides and updates. If your question is urgent or medical, contact your veterinarian or an emergency hospital instead of waiting for a page.
